Every author of a submitted abstract should have received a message about notification. If you have not received a notification please check your SPAM mail folder or contact the congress office. Thank you.

Here please find the Preliminary Program. The abstracts of all accepted contributions will be published on the congress website.

Please note: there will be up to 44 poster symposia with the chance for a short oral presentation of poster.

REGISTRATION

In general lecturers have no free admission to the conference.
Please register online. Early registration deadline is May 15, 2012. Due to organisational reasons we could only accept online registration and payment by credit card. Thank you for understanding.

Poster authors only: Please note that you will receive a new poster number for onsite presentation only when you have registered online!
You are asked to fill in your submission number (four-digit code) into the field for comments. After receiving your registration your poster will be announced on the internet (valid from June 1st on).
Authors who have not registered until June 1st, 2012 will be excluded from the programme.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION - Lecturers only:

The time for your oral presentation is 20 minutes including 5 minutes for discussion. Strict timekeeping will be essential to the smooth running of the meeting. The lecture must be delivered in English. Please bring your presentation on an USB stick or on CD for pre-loading your presentation on the presentation PC inside the lecture room right in advance. If you want to use your own laptop please let us now. No internet access is available in the lecture room.

Please fill out the CV form and send it back till June 1^st, 2012 at the latest.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION - Poster Authors only:

Please find here the Poster Instructions for the printed poster version format A0. Please bring the poster as hardcopy to the congress.

E-POSTER SUBMISSION

Authors of accepted poster contributions are expected to submit the poster (not the abstract) in electronic form. In addition to the hardcopy of the poster please upload here a pdf-file (not write-protected) of your poster.

Deadline for E-Poster submission is June 1^st, 2012.

The poster will be accessible electronically to participants on interactive large format monitors at the congress venue and will form the basis for the half-day workshops that will be held during the congress allowing an optimal direct interaction of groups with specialized interests.
