Presentation / Reviewing / Publication

All authors have to submit an abstract. They should declare their preference for a scientific contribution or a technical contribution.

Authors of accepted abstracts for a scientific contribution will be asked to submit a manuscript that will undergo full reviewing. Reviewing will decide about:

Acceptance, revision or rejection of the manuscript;
Kind of presentation (oral – 20 minutes including discussion or poster);
Possible journal publication after the conference

The authors of accepted abstracts for a technical contribution will not be asked for a manuscript. They will be given the opportunity of oral presentation (no posters) and of publication of the respective slides in the conference CD-Rom (not in the proceedings book). The track of a technical contribution is open ONLY to participants from industry with abstracts that have a CLEARLY practice-oriented content.

Conference proceedings with ISBN will be provided in electronic form (CD-Rom) and optionally also in printed form ( for an extra fee, if requested in advance ).

The authors of selected manuscripts will be asked after the conference to submit for publication in special issues of the journals:

Drying Technology
Chemical Engineering & Technology

Deadlines (see “ Dates to note ”) must be strictly respected.

The conference language is English.
