Registration fees

Registration fees for IDS 2010

Price per ticket

Participants who are not authors have no registration deadline.

In accordance with German tax law (4.22 UStG), VAT is not applicable.

The fee for delegates and students includes: access to oral and poster presentations, exhibition, welcome reception, cultural event, lunches, coffee breaks, conference bag and a CD-ROM with the proceedings

Accompanying persons have access to the welcome reception, cultural event and lunches

Separate, additional fees are foreseen for the conference dinner, for proceedings book and the walking tour. They apply equally to delegates, students and authors.

Registration   

Please fill in all appropriate sections of the registration form and return it by fax to DECHEMA e.V. as soon as possible or use the online registration to facilitate the organization.

Confirmation of registration will be sent after receipt of the registration form. Conference ticket, name tag, list of participants will be available at the conference office in Magdeburg.

For participants who are not giving a lecture or do not present a poster there is no registration deadline as long as free capacity is available. Please note: registrations made after September 15, 2010 are not guaranteed to appear in the list of participants.

Remittance of fees

Fees should be remitted on receipt of the invoice in favour of DECHEMA e.V., to one of the DECHEMA accounts as stated on the invoice. When you authorise the payment for our invoice, please be sure to note as the reason for payment our complete invoice number .
Payment by credit card is also possible (see registration form). 

Cancellations and refunds

Author registration:
30 Euro adminstrative costs will be charged for written cancellations (letter, fax or e-mail) received by August 15, 2010 . Thereafter no conference fee will be refunded.
