Registration

Registration should be made by fax or online at www.dechema.de/chips. Please download the registration form (pdf).

In general there is no registration deadline as long as free capacity is available. Please note: There is no guarantee that registrations received  after February 14, 2009 will appear in the list of participants. Confirmation of registration and the invoice will be sent on receipt of the registration form.
The final programme will be available at the beginning of January 2009.

The conference ticket includes the book of abstracts, list of participants, meals, and beverages during the breaks.

Payment

Payment should be made on receipt of the invoice stating the invoice number, the name of the participant and the keyword “Chip09”, to one of the DECHEMA accounts given on the invoice. Payment can also made by credit card (see registration form).

Cancellation

EUR 30 administrative costs will be charged for cancellations made before February 14, 2009. Thereafter 80% of the registration fee will be invoiced, however, the book of abstracts will be sent. Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or e-Mail).
