Please book both, the conference ticket and the accommodation package, with the registration form or register online .

Conference fee

The conference ticket includes coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on 29 and 30 September, and a bavarian breakfast on 1 October.

Accommodation
Plenty of rooms have been booked at Kloster Seeon and two nearby guesthouses (Haus Klosterblick and Haus Rufinus). Animals are not allowed at Kloster Seeon.

Confirmation of registration and the invoice will be sent after receipt of the registration form. Your name tag and the list of participants will be available upon arrival.

Payment
Fees should be remitted after receipt of the invoice in favour of DECHEMA e.V. stating the invoice number, the name of the participant and the keyword “SEEON08”, to one of the DECHEMA accounts as stated in the invoice.
Payment by credit card is also possible.

Cancellation
Cancellation needs to be made in writing (letter, fax or e‑mail). 30 € administrative costs will be charged for cancellations before 1^st September 2008. Thereafter 80% of the registration fee will be invoiced.

Insurance
The organiser cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to the private property of participants and accompanying persons which may occur either during or arising from the conference. Participants should therefore take whatever steps they consider necessary to insure their belongings.
