Friedrichshafen lies on the shores of Lake Constance (Bodensee), in the south of Germany.
The panoramic situation on Lake Constance, bordering onto Germany, Austria and Switzerland

The beautiful town is known as a tourist resort and the home of the Zeppelin airships.
