Registration

Please complete all appropriate sections of the registration form and return it to DECHEMA e.V. as soon as possible to facilitate the organisation.

Confirmation of registration will be sent after receipt of this registration form. Conference ticket, name tag, book of abstracts and list of participants will be available at the conference office in Göttingen.

In accordance with German tax law (§4.22 USTG), VAT is not applicable.

The registration fee includes admission to all sessions, the exhibition, the poster programme, the Get Together on 23 September 2005, soft drinks during the breaks, lunch on 24 and 25 September 2005, list of participants and the book of conference abstracts.

VAAM and DGHM annual meeting

Monday´s programme is also part of the joint annual meeting of the VAAM (Vereinigung für Allgemeine und Angewandte Mikrobiologie e.V.) and the DGHM (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Hygiene und Mikrobiologie e.V.).

Participants also attending the VAAM and DGHM Annual Meeting are eligible for a reduction to be refunded after 28 September 2005. Please check if you are registered for both conferences and indicate on the registration form.

Remittance of fees

Fees should be remitted after receipt of the invoice in favour of DECHEMA e.V., stating the invoice number, the name of the participant and the keyword 'PROKAGEN2005', to one of the DECHEMA accounts.

Payment by credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, DINERS) is also possible (see registration form).

Please note that at the conference office only payment in Euro or by credit card, can be accepted, but no other currency.

Cancellations and refunds

Euro 30.00 for administration costs will be charged for cancellations received by 5 September 2005. Thereafter 80% of the registration fee will be invoiced; however the book of abstracts will be mailed. Only written cancellations (Email, fax. letter) will be accepted.

Visa formalities

Participants from a number of countries may need an entry visa for Germany.

It is recommended that the visa should be applied for as soon as possible before the meeting. If a formal invitation letter is needed please contact the following website:

Insurance

The organisers are not responsible for loss or damage of the private property of participants and accompanying persons which may occur either during or arising from the conference. Participants should therefore take whatever steps they consider necessary for their insurance.
