The conference ticket includes a book of abstracts, a list of participants, meals as well as beverages during the breaks.

Registration is necessary.

Registration

Registration is now only possible on-site.

In general there is no registration deadline as long as free capacity is available. Please note that registrations received after January 07, 2011 may not appear in the list of participants.

Confirmation of registration and the invoice will be sent on receipt of the registration. In general there is no deadline as long as free capacity is available.

Conference tickets, book of abstracts and list of participants will be available at the registration desk in Frankfurt am Main.

Payment

Fee should be remitted after the receipt of the invoice in favour of DECHEMA e.V. stating the invoice number and the name of the participant to one of the DECHEMA accounts as stated in the invoice. Payment by credit card is also possible.

Cancellation

30 € administrative costs will be charged for cancellations made before December 20, 2010 . There- after 80% of the registration fee will be invoiced and the book of abstracts will be sent. Cancellations need to be made in writing (letter, fax or e-mail).

If the event is cancelled by DECHEMA the whole fees will be refunded. Further claims for compensation are excluded.
