Registration fee for the conference ¹⁾

Registration fee for the use of the partnering platform ²⁾

 ²⁾  Including 19% VAT

The use of the partnering platform is only possible in combination with the registration for the conference.

The conference ticket includes the book of abstracts, the list of participants, the meals and the beverages during the breaks.

Registration

Registration should be made via fax form or online. In general there is no registration deadline as long as free capacity is available. Registrations made after November 25, 2008 can not be guaranteed to appear in the list of participants. Confirmation of registration and the invoice will be sent on receipt of the registration form.

The final programme will be published in the internet by the end of October 2008.

Cancellation

30 Euro administrative costs will be charged for cancellations made before November 25, 2008. Thereafter 80% of the registration fee will be invoiced, however the book of abstracts will be sent. Fee for the use of the partnering platform can not be refunded. Cancellations need to be made in writing (email, letter or fax).

Payment

Fees should be remitted after the receipt of the invoice in favour of DECHEMA e.V. stating the invoice number, the name of the participant and the keyword “techforum08”, to one of the DECHEMA accounts as stated on the invoice. Payment by credit card is also possible.
