Registration

Please fill in all appropriate sections of the registration form and return it by fax to DECHEMA e.V. as soon as possible or use the possibilty to register on-site in Bamberg.

Confirmation of registration will be sent after receipt of the registration form . Conference ticket, name tag, list of participants and the book of abstracts will be available at the conference office in Bamberg.

In general there is no registration deadline as long as free capacity is available. Please note: registrations made after February 19, 2010 are not guaranteed to appear in the list of participants.

Registration Fees *

Conference Ticket:
Regular	560 €

Day Ticket	250 €

Student proof of status must be attached	350 €

* no VAT requested according to § 4.22 UstG

The registration fee includes admission to the lecture and poster programme, the company exhibition, the list of participants, a book of abstracts as well as the welcome reception, lunches andcoffee break refreshments.

Please note: Registration fee can not be waived for authors.

Remittance of fees

Fees should be remitted on receipt of the invoice in favour of DECHEMA e.V. to one of the DECHEMA accounts as stated on the invoice. When you authorise the payment, please be sure to note as the reason for payment our complete invoice number .
Payment by credit card is also possible.

Cancellations and refunds

Euro 30 for administration costs will be charged for cancellations received by February 19, 2010 . Thereafter 80% of the registration fee will be invoiced; however the book of abstracts will be mailed. Only written cancellations (letter, fax or e-mail) will be accepted .
