Registration

In general there is no registration deadline as long as free capacity is available. Confirmation of registration and the invoice will be sent out by postal mail.

Please note: publication deadline of the list of participants is the 24 August 2012.

The registration fees*⁾ include admission to all sessions, exhibition and poster programme, the list of participants, a book of abstracts and a CD of extended abstracts, the Welcome Reception on Sunday, 16 September 2012, the Poster Party on Monday, 17 September 2012 and catering during the breaks.

Cancellation and Refunds

30 € administrative costs will be charged for cancellations of registrations by 24 August 2012. Thereafter 80% of the registration fee will be charged. Only written cancellations will be accepted.

If the event is cancelled by DECHEMA the registration fees for the conference will be refunded. Further claims for compensation are excluded.
