EUROPACT 2008 is the first European Conference on Process Analytics and Control Technology. The conference covers new technologies in process analytics, the implementation of these technologies in various fields and the transformation of data into knowledge.
EUROPACT 2008 provides a meeting and discussion forum for scientists and professional users of process analytics from academia and industry.
Eight plenary speakers address fields of common interest. The lecture programme is structured into nine oral sessions in two mostly parallel strings. Two poster sessions allow for in-depth discussions of specific items. The conference dinner on a riverboat cruise on the Main offers ample opportunity for socializing and informal discussions, stimulated by two dinner lectures.
The conference is augmented by an exhibition of instrumentation, application services and data evaluation tools.
One day of Pre-Conference Courses invites newcomers to enter the field.
The conference is hosted by DECHEMA in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Accommodation and meeting rooms are only a short walk apart.
