How to get to the "Stadthalle" in the Convention Center Karlsruhe , Festplatz 9, 76137 Karlsruhe, Germany

By car:
From the A5/A8 motorway (Autobahn):
Coming along the A8 from Stuttgart drive north onto the A5, following signs for Frankfurt. Leave the A5 at junction 45 for Karlsruhe-Mitte. On the B10 follow signs for Karlsruhe. Come off the B10 at junction 2 and drive towards "Stadtmitte/Zentrum". Follow signs to Kongresszentrum (convention center). The reference for satellite navigation systems is Festplatz 9, at the Kongresszentrum in Karlsruhe.

From the A65 motorway (Autobahn):
The A65 merges with the B10. Leave the B10 at junction 2, driving towards the Kongresszentrum (convention cenre). Follow signs for Kongresszentrum. The reference for satellite navigation systems is Festplatz 9, at the Kongresszentrum in Karlsruhe.

Rail travel:
Karlsruhe is a main railway hub for InterCityExpress (ICE), InterCity, EuroCity and InterRegio connections. And it's on the direct ICE link between Hamburg and Basel which also stops at Frankfurt. Karlsruhe is also the starting point for trains running west to east via Stuttgart to Munich. Coming from Paris it only takes around 3 hours to reach Karlsruhe on the high speed TGV. Air travel:
Karlsruhe Trade Fair Center has excellent connections to at least 4 airports: Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden (a drive of approx. 30 minutes) and other major international airports such as Frankfurt, Stuttgart und Strasbourg (a 50-60 minute drive).

Public transport:
Main station: take lines S1, S4, S11 or 2 (alight at Kongresszentrum). From the city centre: take lines S1, S4, S11 or 2 (alight at Kongresszentrum) or line 5 (alighting at Konzerthaus).
