Registration

Please complete the→ registration form and return it to DECHEMA e.V., Andrea Köhl. In general there is no registration deadline as long as free capacity is available. Please note: registrations which will be done after 7 of September 2009 are not guaranteed to appear in the list of participants.

The registration fee includes a book of abstract, a list of participants, the get-together party on 28 September 2009 as well as the catering during the breaks.

Registration Fees*

Fees should be remitted after receipt of the invoice in favour of DECHEMA e.V., stating the invoice number and the name of the participant to one of the accounts of the DECHEMA which will be announced at the invoices. Payment by credit card is also possible.

Cancellation and Refunds

 € 30 administrative costs will be charged for each cancellation made before 7 September 2009. Thereafter 80% of the registration fee will be invoiced, however the book of extended abstracts will be sent. Cancellation needs to be made in writing (letter, fax or e-mail)
