EXHIBITION AND SPONSORING

On behalf of the Chairman of ISPPP 2008 Prof. Klaus Unger and the Co-Chairman Prof. Rainer Bischoff we are very pleased to invite you today to participate in the ISPPP 2008 exhibition. The congress offers you a unique opportunity to promote your products, technologies, experimental equipment and services for all aspects of the detection and separation of proteins, peptides and polynucleotides in the accompanying exhibition. ISPPP 2008 will bring you in contact with the scientists and engineers from all over the world who have a professional interest in this area. During the four conference days about 200 participants are expected due to the high potential of liquid phase separation technologies in modern life sciences.

The exhibition will be held in the foyer with direct access to the lecture hall, together with the poster exhibition, directly adjacent to the area where the participants will pick up their coffee and tea during the breaks. Also, we have organized the meeting to allow for a maximum interaction between the participants in the scientific and technical programme and the exhibitors.

Apart from the workshops designed to introduce participants also to the technical requirements of life science separations, a discussion session is planned on Monday late afternoon in the exhibition area, where in several locations current issues of interest to the community will be discussed. This will offer opportunities also from a supplier’s point of view to provide information to the participants during the ongoing discussions. Finally, we would, pending your approval close the exhibition on Tuesday evening, which allows those interested to disassemble their booths in the evening before the conference dinner, but not before the end of the poster session (estimated at 17:30).
All these measures are intended to provide you with a maximum exposure to the conference attendees while minimizing your time and such your costs.

Please find below a plan of the congress area and information material for exhibitors at the conference. The registration fee for the exhibition includes two complementary tickets for the meeting. Due to limited space we highly recommend an early reservation of exhibition space. In addition we would like to invite you as a sponsor to the meeting! We believe, that the concepts and set up of ISPPP 2008 makes the meeting highly attractive for sponsoring. Enclosed you will find the form “Sponsorship ISPPP 2008”, where you can indicate your preferred sponsorship. The “first come - first serve” principle will be applied to both, sponsorship and exhibition space.
