The registration fee includes a list of participants, book of abstracts and food & beverages during the coffee breaks, but no lunch.

Deadlines
In general there is no registration deadline as long as free capacity is available.
The deadline for inclusion in the list of participants is August 23, 2011.
Payment
Fees should be remitted after the receipt of invoice in favour of DECHEMA e.V. stating the invoice number to one of the DECHEMA accounts as stated in the invoice. Payment by credit card is also possible.
Cancellations and Refunds
Only written cancellations will be accepted (letter, fax or email). 30 € plus 19% VAT administrative costs will be charged for any cancellation of registration received before August 23, 2011. Thereafter 80% of the registration fee will be invoiced, however, the book of abstracts will be sent.
Lunch/Snacks
Will be available at the Mensa or in a shop at the University of Dortmund. Participants are expected to pay for their lunch themselves.
Insurance
The organizers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to the private property of par-ticipants and accompanying persons which may occur either during or arising from the conference. Participants should therefore take whatever steps they consider necessary regarding insurance.
