Submission of Abstracts

The conference language is English.
Oral presentations are scheduled to last 20 minutes + 5 minutes discussion. The submission of abstracts for posters and oral presentations proceeds via file upload until January 15, 2006. The Organizing Committee will select oral and poster presentations based on the abstracts received.

Paper submission is possible until 15 January 2006 at the latest! Paper Submission

To submit an abstract please have the following data at hand:

      - Name and address data (postal and e-mail) of the person with whom the conference secretariat should correspond (this is usually,     
        however not necessarily the presenting author of the paper)
      - The title of your paper
      - The abstract in electronic form (The abstracts should explicitly mention objectives, new results, and conclusions or significance of the
         work).

Guidelines for the Submission of Abstracts

Abstracts should explicitly mention objectives, new results, and conclusions or significance of the work. References, including authors' own previously published references, should be given.

• Abstracts should be of 2 page, including figures.
• Please prepare your abstract in electronic form, e.g. as an MS Word file.
• Page size A4 (210 x 297 mm)
• All margins 2.5 cm
• Font: Arial
• Line spacing 1.5
• Title: 14 pt, bold, centred, presenting author underlined
• Body text: 12 pt
• Subheadings: 12 pt, bold
