Please use one registration form for each participant.
The registration deadline for appearance in the list of participants is 18 September 2004. Confirmation of registration with an invoice will be sent after receipt of the registration form. Conference ticket, proceedings, name tag and relevant tickets for further events will be
available at the Congress Office in Hamburg.

The conference ticket includes list of participants, proceedings, welcome reception, poster party as well as beverages during breaks.

Participation of PhD-students is limited and only possible if seating capacity remains available. If so, tickets will be issued on a ?first come first served? basis.
No VAT requested according to ? 4.22 UStG.
Fees should be remitted after receipt of the invoice in favour of DECHEMA e.V. stating the invoice number, the name of the participant and the keyword PRE04, to one of the DECHEMA accounts as stated on the invoice. Payment by credit card is also possible (see registration form).
Please note that at the conference secretariat only cash payment in Euro or credit cards can be accepted, but not in foreign currency.
EUR 30.00 administrative costs will be charged for cancellation of registrations received before 17 September 2004. Thereafter, 80 % of the registration fee will be invoiced, however, the proceedings will be sent. Cancellations need to be made in writing (letter or fax).
Cancellations for the congress dinner will be accepted free of charge until 17 September 2004. After that date the full amount will be charged.
