Services
DECHEMA Gesellschaft für Chemische Technik und Biotechnologie e.V. (hereinafter referred to as DECHEMA e.V.) provides services appropriate to the nature and scope of the description of an event. In exceptional cases DECHEMA e.V. reserves the right to change speakers, the venue of an event or the programme schedule.

Registration
Conference registration must be made in writing (fax, post, e-mail or online registration). It becomes legally binding on receipt and written confirmation by DECHEMA e.V. Once the registration has been processed, the participant will receive confirmation and the invoice by post.

Registration deadline
Registration is possible, subject to capacity, up to the beginning of an event. The deadline for inclusion in the list of participants is 3 weeks before the event begins.

Payment
Payment should be done by credit card. Please indicate your card details on the encoded website of the online registration.

We will send out an official confirmation letter and invoice for your documents.

Cancellation
Registrations cancelled no later than 3 weeks before the conference begins will be entitled to a refund minus an administration charge of 30 euros. Thereafter 80% of the conference fee will be charged. Only written cancellations (fax, post or e-mail) will be accepted. The effective date is the date of receipt.
In case of non-attendance or drop-outs, the full conference fee is payable.

If the event is cancelled by DECHEMA e.V. the fees paid will be refunded in full.
Further rights of recourse against the organizer are excluded.

Substitute participant
We will be pleased to accept a substitute nominated by you. The nomination of a substitute must be made in writing and is free of charge. Any difference in the fees will be invoiced or credited respectively.

Conference documents
Conference documents are distributed to each participant at the conference venue.
DECHEMA e.V. is the sole owner of the rights to conference documents. Any further use is subject to the written agreement of DECHEMA e.V.
